אמר רב משרשיא משמיה דרבא תא שמע לשבח קרקעות כיצד הרי שמכר שדה לחבירו והשביחה ובא בעל חוב וטרפה כשהוא גובה גובה את הקרן מנכסין משועבדין ואת השבח מנכסין בני חורין
